A message from Three (24th March 2020)

Important update about customer support and our stores
Following government guidance, we’re closing our stores and our contact centre staff won’t be able to get to work as usual. Our aim is to look after those who are most vulnerable so please use other ways to get support during this time like Three App and our website that is available 24/7.

Or you can talk to us live on our website on Three Store Now, our online chat service with friendly store advisors http://www.three.co.uk/three-store-now for general product questions 9am-6pm.[/vc_column_text][vc_column_text]

A message from Three (22nd March 2020)

Important update about our contact centres
Due to the impact of Coronavirus and advice from the Indian government, our contact centres are currently operating a reduced service.

To help us to protect our most vulnerable customers, such as those currently without service, where possible, please hold off on calling us or using Chat. You can still manage your account, top-up, and get support via the Three app, and via our website. You can also get help in your local store.

Our tech teams will do their utmost to ensure we give you the best possible network experience and our head office teams will be right behind them all, ensuring the wheels still turn.[/vc_column_text][vc_column_text]Always check the three website for the most up to date information: http://www.three.co.uk/stay-connected[/vc_column_text]

Call Center Availability
[vc_column_text]Three have confirmed that call centre staff are no longer able to attend work, and as a result most phone based customer services are on hold. Three are requesting customers hold off calling when possible.

The best way to get a speedy response is using the My3 app or live chat service on the three website.

[vc_column_text]*21st March* We just asked our local three store and the manager confirmed that while some call three centres are closed, the Warehouse team is working as normal.

*23rd March* A visitor to the site reported a delay of one day on his order.

*24th March* Three customer services just confirmed via live chat that orders are still being shipped with no reported delays. Short delays are likely in some areas, but you should receive online orders within a reasonable amount of time.

Deliveries are handled by DPD, who are also running full services at the moment. Their status page is here: https://www.dpd.co.uk/content/products_services/covid-19-bulletins.jsp

Are stores staying open?

Free access to NHS websites
[vc_column_text]All contract and Pay As You Go customers now receive free access to all NHS websites. Calls to NHS 111 were already free.[/vc_column_text][/vc_column][/vc_row]
