WiFi on the Underground
All Three customers are entitled to free WiFi on the London Underground.
To use WiFi on the Underground you need ot register and create a password in your My Three account. It can take up to 48 hours for it to start working, so make sure you do it before you need to travel.
Once you have registered for WiFi on your My Three account just connect to the “Virgin Media Wi-Fi” network at the station.
A browser window should open with a portal that asks you to enter yoru mobile number and password.
Once you have provided this information you should be good to go. Next time you are in a station you should connect to the WiFi automatically.
All Three customers with a personal account can connect to WiFi on the London Underground. As long as you have an active account you should be good to go.
Pay As You Go users need to have sent made a call, sent a text or uses their mobile data in the last 30 days.
Free WiFi works in most stations in Central London. It does not work in tunnels.
