Date of delivery

Three offer next day delivery (unless otherwise stated) on phones that are ordered before 4pm. Orders placed after 4pm will be delivered in 2 working days (or on the following Tuesday if you order after 4pm on a Friday).
Three ask you for a mobile phone number and email address so that they can send you up to date delivery information about your order or contact you if there are any unforeseen delays.

Deliveries take place between 9am and 6pm (they don’t deliver on weekends or bank holidays). Please note that if your order is being delivered to your billing address it will need to be signed for. You’ll need to be in to sign for your delivery.

Who delivers Three orders?

Three orders are delivered by DPD. When your order is processed you will receive a communication from DPD with details about your delivery.

Collect your Internet Order in store

Three now offer a new way to ensure that your shiny new handset reaches you as quickly as possible. Sometimes it just isn’t possible for some people to stay at home and wait for a courier all day, so you can choose to have your new handset delivered to one of over 330 participating Three Stores across the UK. It is absolutely free, and if your order is placed before 4pm, it will be ready for collection the next working day.

Three will send you a text when it arrives, and you will have up to 8 days to go in and pick it up at a time that suits you. As an added bonus, if you need any help getting to grips with your new handset, a member of their team will be there to show you the ropes.

Confirmation of your order

Three will always send you a confirmation email to let you know that they’ve accepted your order and when we expect it to be delivered. If you haven’t received this, or if you think you typed your email address incorrectly, please call 0844 338 0330.

Can I change my delivery address?

Sorry, you can’t change your delivery address after you have placed your order. This is a security measure that reflects the value of modern mobile phones.

If you are concerned that you won’t be in when your phone is delivered don’t forget you can ask for your new phone to be delivered to a local Three store.

Can I change my delivery date?

On the morning of your delivery you will receive a SMS message from DPD asking if you would like to reschedule your delivery or upgrade to a premium slot. If you don’t reply the delivery will proceed as normal.
