Three have a comprehensive warranty and returns process.

If you purchased online from the Three.co.uk website you can retrun a handset within 14 days of receiving your purchase.

Call Three on by dialing 333 from a Three handset, or 0333 338 1001 (standard call charges apply);

If you return a phone it needs to be in good condition – you can’t return a phoen because you driopped or scratched it  (please keep a tight hold – new phones are slippy!). If you return a phone that isn’t in “as new” condition then network providers may levy a charge.
