Three includes Spain and NZ on its Feel at Home list.
If you’re planning a summer holiday to Spain or New Zealand this year, you’re in luck. Three have announced that these two popular holiday destinations have now been added to the list of 16 other destinations on their ‘Feel at Home’ programme, which includes the likes of France, USA, Italy, Sweden, Australia and the Republic of Ireland.
Three’s ‘Feel at Home’ programme allows their customers to use their mobile phone in 18 countries around the world, for no additional cost – as long as they keep within their regular allotted allowances (calls, texts, data).
Dave Dyson, the chief executive of Three, has said that ‘Feel at Home’ is “hugely popular, with more than a million of our customers enjoying its benefits since launch.” He added that now having both Spain and France on their programme means that “the two most popular destinations with British holiday makers will be covered. Currently, 49% of our customers’ overseas trips are to Feel At Home destinations. With the addition of Spain and New Zealand, I expect that to rise to about 65%.”
To promote the launch of the service in Spain, the operator has tied up with Expedia to offer customers 12 per cent off a pre-paid hotel booking made via the Expedia app until April 6.
